In line with new rules Castran Gilbert offices are closed from August 5 2020.

In line with recent State Government rules, private inspections and public auctions will be postponed immediately — until further notice. Properties can be viewed online with virtual tours and sold via online auctions. Please contact one of our agents to enquire about any of our listed properties in the meantime.

Yes. You are able to move house during Stage 4 Restrictions within curfew hours, if you had made arrangements to relocate. You are advised to take extra steps to stay safe including wearing a face covering.
Please contact the property’s selling agent or Property Manager to make the necessary, contact-free, arrangements.
Private inspections are on hold until further notice from the State Government. Properties can still be inspected via virtual tours and online walk throughs.
From the safety of your computer or phone screen, you can view and explore each room of the property to give you a sense of its flow.
We have digitised our sales and leasing contracts, legal documents and forms including allowances for digital signatures. This means properties can be easily leased or bought and sold remotely.

Our team is able to provide indicative evaluations of your property without a physical inspection. Please contact us with your details and an agent will be in contact to talk you through the process.

We have adapted our services to allow for contactless key collection and drop off. Your Property Manager will contact you to arrange this, if you are moving in or out of a property. Please do not attempt to visit our office. Our office is closed until further notice.
The restrictions will impact private inspections, moving unless already under contract and regular services like gardening and pool maintenance.
Urgent Repairs should be directed to your Property Manager and they will work within the guidelines to assist.
Clarification on guidelines is still coming and we will ensure our Property Managers are kept updated to ensure everyones safety.
