In this exciting multi-faceted role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering end-to-end advertising and marketing strategies for all of our property development clients.

  • Providing creative and administrative support to other areas of the business such as commercial sales/leasing and property management.

  • Monitoring project campaigns daily to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.

  • Identifying opportunities on social media to elevate our brand and associated properties.

  • Collating custom reports to provide a detailed analysis of each project’s performance, using Salesforce data, Google Analytics and other available resources.

  • Keeping clients, external stakeholders and directors informed of all campaign activity, and providing feedback and recommendations as required.

  • Working closely with external suppliers, stakeholders and creatives to ensure each project is delivered within the desired timeframe.

  • Conceptualising, designing and coordinating the production of a wide range of collateral such as brochures, marketing plans, flyers, videos, signage and Information Memorandums.

  • Managing the company website.

  • Assessing and refreshing company collateral and messaging from time to time to ensure relevance and competitiveness.

  • Producing, editing and proofreading all copy published or distributed by the company – including advertising copy, blog articles and advertorials.

  • Producing media releases and providing support to journalists to secure key editorial positions for the company and associated properties.

  • Liaising closely with media agencies to ensure all projects are getting the best exposure.

  • Creating beautiful and impactful email marketing campaigns for projects and other aspects of the business.

  • Producing Lead Capture Pages and websites to accompany email marketing campaigns and other promotional activities.

  • Identifying and utilising key target audiences within the database to ensure successful email marketing campaigns.

  • Providing direction and support for lead nurturing and internal sales processes.

  • Coordinating all marketing and communication activities such as SEM and SEO.

  • Working with directors to create submissions and pitches to acquire new business.

  • Preparing and entering award submissions for projects and individuals.

  • Organising project launches and other events.

  • Improving company processes to help grow and further the brand.

  • Undertaking research to understand the market, competitor activity and new technology.

The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and possess excellent time management skills to ensure the delivery and completion of multiple projects and campaigns. Refined writing skills and intermediate graphic design expertise are also essential.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • A tertiary qualification in media/communications, marketing or advertising.

  • Prior experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for brands and projects.

  • Experience within the project marketing or property space is ideal.
