Building at Avant Garde is moving quickly despite minor delays due to heavy March and April rains.
Currently preparations are being made to poor the ground floor slab, after which the weather impacts will be reduces as there will be much less exposed soil which creates issues when wet.
Recently completed stages:
- The sub-basement slab has been completed;
- All underground civil works have been completed;
- Rain water tanks have been installed;
- The basement suspended slab has been completed;
- The remainder of the slab on ground and the sub-basement ramp will be completed next week;
- The forming of the ground floor slab is nearing completion.
