The surveyor has met with the builder on-site throughout last week and the final stages of construction works are progressing well.
Over the past month, internal joinery has now progressed to the top level and the builder has commenced tiling to all common areas and hallways.We are now expecting completion to be late July with settlements likely to take place in August.
As completion approaches, we will be in contact to book in times for final inspections and to also arrange valuers to get through in lead up to settlement.
