Our established agency is seeking an outgoing and organised Property Manager with a passion for real estate to join our growing team.

All applicants must possess a minimum of one year’s experience as a Property Manager understanding leasing, routine inspections, coordinating maintenance, advertising, liaising with tenants and landlords, VCAT applications and attendance.  He or she must be able to work under pressure and also have the confidence and initiative to work alone.  They must have an agent’s rep certificate, reliable car, valid driving licence and be prepared to work  Saturdays.  Their increasing portfolio will commence with approximately 160 properties in inner city suburbs.  Commercial experience is advantageous as there is also an opportunity to  manage a few commercial properties.  Car park and mobile phone are provided as well as generous commissions and bonuses *(not during Covid-19).  Console experience is necessary.
