Buyers will be thrilled to know Bent Street is nearing completion with a quantity surveyor assessing the project as 80% complete as from April 1, 2018.

We can happily confirm the construction is proceeding as expected and there has been little variation to the original design except an upgrade for the foyer.

Edenhem reviewed the original proposal and decided to improve the design so the interior better matched the exterior. Aluminium slate has been incorporated into the walls and the letterboxes will contrasted with in satin-finished powder coat in a dark grey and flanked by a whiteboard.

The changes are designed to add another level of sophistication to an already sophisticated development

From the bottom up, the basement carparks are finished, ground floor and first floor kitchens and flooring has been completed and balconies and finished soon, level two kitchens are complete and plastering and kitchens are nearing completion on the third floor.
