Great News! We are pleased to advise the 11 Bent Street Apartment are progressing well and coming close to practical completion.
Purchaser and Valuer Inspections are to take place in 2 weeks at the time of practical completion.
Settlement usually occurs 4-6 weeks after building completion so at this stage we are anticipating a Mid – July settlement for the project.
Further updates, including inspection details, will be provided to all purchasers when we receive more information. We will contact you directly in regards to booking all inspections.
