We would like to advise you that after an inordinate delay, the building permit has finally been issued, and The Marcus Group will be on site very shortly.
Hoarding and all the necessary protection works will begin, and the last remaining parts of the display will be removed.
Fortunately, some of the building works had commenced, but it is anticipated that the completion date will be September 2022.
As they begin on site, updates will become more regular, and a settlement company will be in contact with you in the coming weeks to introduce themselves as a point of contact during this process.
