Welcome to the July update for 67 Parkside.
Works are continuing at a steady pace onsite with the last of the kitchens and flooring going in this week.
All balconies are now tiled and the glass and balustrading will be installed this week.
Landscaping is scheduled to start in a week as is the final works on the front foyer.
The lift works should be complete next week as well. Cleaning will then commence
At this stage the anticipated construction completion of your apartment is on track for late July/early August With Settlement to follow shortly after. Unfortunately COVID 19 has caused delays. This anticipated timing is subject to favourable conditions or unforeseen delays.
We anticipate bank valuation inspections to begin within the next 2 weeks. We will send you a separate email once your apartment is ready for a bank valuation. Purchaser inspections will commence closer to settlement, you will receive an email once your apartment is ready for inspection with a link to our online booking system. Once received you click on the link to choose the time and day available that suits you best.
