Construction is progressing well, street scaffolding has now been removed from Mollison Street & Little Nicholson Street, with William street to be removed in the coming days.
The façade is nearing completion and internal common areas and apartments are being completed as per programmed.
The completion of Abbot construction (not settlement) is still anticipated for May/June 2019. This is subject to favourable conditions or unforeseen delays.
Please understand that an exact settlement date cannot be provided until the Plan of Subdivision has been registered and the Certificate of Occupancy achieved.
