We are pleased to advise you that construction is continuing to progress well onsite.
The builders are working up the building to complete the installation of joinery and laying of carpet.
The completion of Abbot construction (not settlement) is now anticipated for mid/late June 2019. This is subject to favourable conditions or unforeseen delays.
Please understand that an exact settlement date cannot be provided until the Plan of Subdivision has been registered and the Certificate of Occupancy achieved.
