We are pleased to advise construction of Abbot is continuing to progress well. The final slab was poured in September, creating the base for the Level 3 apartments. The structure is now at its full height, and the basement is essentially complete. Work has begun in earnest on the individual apartments with rooms and services being marked out and frames put in place. The brick wall on Little Nicholson Street that needed to be removed during construction is now being reinstated. The next milestone will be achieved later this month when the crane that has been hovering above the site for four months is due to be taken down.
