We are pleased to share a positive update on the progress of Alba.
Construction is advancing smoothly, with the builder having made significant strides in completing the internal fit out phase. Joinery, stone installations, and floor coverings have now been successfully installed bringing the project closer to completion.
At this stage we anticipated practical completion in early April 2024 with settlements late April 2024 pending occupancy permit and titles.
