We are thrilled to share that final touches are being made to finesse ALTUM Highett prior to its completion.
Timber flooring and carpet are currently being laid within apartments, followed by final paint touch-ups. Common areas will come to life with the installation of service cupboards, common area painting and signage installation throughout the building. Front fencing and landscaping will take shape over the next few weeks.
Purchaser defect inspections are currently earmarked for the end of July or early August with dates to be confirmed shortly.
