We’re delighted to share that demolition and rubbish removal onsite at 22 Tintern Avenue, Toorak is now complete. COBILD are working hard to progress onsite, with the recent completion of the retention system and ongoing excavation works. At this stage, we are anticipating completion of Avant Garde in early 2025.
