Welcome to the May update for Blackburn Residences.
We are pleased to say that progress is full steam ahead as we head into Winter.
Current anticipated timings are as follows:
Bank valuations are anticipated to commence in August 2020.
We will send you a separate email once your apartment is ready for bank valuation.
Purchaser inspections will follow after this towards the end of August/ Early September.
Settlement at this point is anticipated to occur in September/October.
Please note that all timings are approximate and are subject to change due to unforeseen delays. At this stage COVID 19 has not had an impact on Blackburn Residences.
Please be aware, due to the current lending climate within Australia, it is extremely important to do your due diligence with regards to financing your apartment. Due to COVID 19 many banks are taking much longer to process loan applications so it is important to speak with your lender now to start this process to ensure you are organised and ready to settle in a timely manner.

While it might be too early to start the pre approval phase you do need to contact your lender to make sure you have the necessary documents organized and ready as we move closer and the completions and valuation dates firm up.
We will update you on progress and any changes in anticipated timing as we move towards settlement. Please note we will not have an actual settlement date until the plan of subdivision has been registered with the Titles office and the certificate of occupancy has been achieved.
