We are pleased to say that progress at Bloomfield is full steam ahead as we head into Autumn.
Current anticipated timings are as follows:
Bank valuations are anticipated to commence Mid April.
We will send you a separate email once your apartment is ready for bank valuation.
Purchaser inspections will follow after this towards the end of April – early May.
Settlement at this point is anticipated to occur in May.
Please note that all timings are approximate and are subject to change due to unforeseen delays. At this stage COVID 19 has not had an impact on Bloomfield.
Please be aware, due to the current lending climate within Australia, it is extremely important to do your due diligence with regards to financing your apartment.
