With winter well and truly setting upon Melbourne, there is no slowing down onsite.
Aluminium windows and balcony sliding doors are scheduled to arrive on site week commencing the 19th of August. External scaffold erection commencing on the 14th of August.
Level 2 external fire-board plastering has commenced along with external batten installation.
Internal light and power rough-in from ground to level 2 will be completed at the end of the week.
Kitchen/Bath exhaust ductwork to external walls from ground to level 2 will be completed in a couple of weeks.
The current construction completion (not settlement) programme is targeting December 2019/January 2020.
