Majority of the aluminium windows and balcony sliding doors are installed with remaining glazing to be completed in the next week or so.
Level 2 metal classing has been completed with installation expected to commence from the 28th October.
Electrical/mechanical/fire and plumbing rough-in is 95% complete throughout the building.
Plasterboard has been delivered to site; plastering to Level 2 wet areas to commence week starting 1st October.
Current construction programmed is targeting mid-March 2020 completion.
