We have received the follow update from the developer for Chelsworth, Ivanhoe:
“As of January 2019, all services, internal plasterboard work, window framing and glazing are 100% complete. Façade finishes, designer screens and balustrades are 90% complete with scaffolding due to be decommissioned late in January 2019. Mains electrical power is now commissioned and live with final metering taking place in January 2019.
Joinery installation throughout the whole building is 80% complete and final finishes, fittings and fixtures due for completion in February 2019. The passenger lift has been installed and due to be commissioned in February 2019. External landscaping and balcony finishes are underway, due for completion in February 2019.
Final testing & commissioning will occur in March 2019 as part of the completion and finalisation process.”
