Now that the builders are back from holidays, work is full steam ahead on the Chester site.
The builder Markscon has resumed construction after the Xmas break and they have accomplished a third level with the remaining two levels on schedule to be achieved by Early March 2020.
At this stage the anticipated construction completion of your apartment is on track for October 2020. Settlement will follow shortly after. This is subject to favourable conditions or unforeseen delays.
