We are pleased to relay the following update from the developer: “Chester Apartments are currently awaiting final electrical abolishment of services which is to occur within the next 21 days, a demolisher has been engaged and work will commence on demolition immediately upon abolishment of services. We are currently in the process of all structural design with the view to complete this by October/November 2018 where we expect to be in a position to commence construction.”
