Great news, we have just received official confirmation from the developer that the contract between them and Aspekt Construction Group which is a subsidiary of Hacer group has been signed.
We would expect to see the builders on site and works commencing this month and we anticipate completion in 18 months.
The developer apologises for the delays due to the need to change builders and we expect the project to move forward smoothly. We will upload some photos of the site as works progress.
