With 525 contiguous bore piles now poured around the perimeter of Duet/Centrepiece Residence, it’s time to dig. Deep excavation has commenced and we will be bigging until the end of December or when we reach the bottom of the second basement, some 77.5 meters below the ground level. This will include the removal of some 22,000 cubic meters (or approx 40,000 tonnes) of existing silty clay material. It will be the one big hole come Christmas!
