KEY COLLECTION
Key collection will take place from the Castran Gilbert office in South Yarra.
We suggest coming in 30 minutes’ post receiving settlement notification, to ensure we have received it also. It is not required to book in to collect keys.

Apartments: All Apartment Defects are to be emailed through to Castran Gilbert to be relayed to the builders post settlement.

BODY CORP NOTES:
- There are no restrictions on blinds for this property.
- The bins at this property are provided and emptied by a private waste company as per the stipulations in the planning permit and they will empty the bins from the bin room and put them back – they don’t need to be placed curb side for collection.
