The builders for Emerald, 439 Bay Street, Brighton have advised that the framing up of the units is now complete with windows currently being installed. Plaster is due for completion next month. Kitchen joinery and tiling are also commencing. The project is currently on track for completion in November 2018 with settlement expected for Mid December.
