With Autumn starting to take hold we are excited to let you know of the current status of works onsite;
– The full structure is complete.
– Internal metal frames are 100% complete for ground, first, second and third floors and 50% complete on the fourth floor.
– Window frames on the ground floor and level 1 have been installed and plastering for these floors set to commence next week.
– External cladding has started and by the end of April we should see 40% of the building cladded
– Kitchens have been measured for ground and first floors and will be installed mid May.
Anticipated construction completion of your apartment is still on track for The End of November 2020.
We will ensure to keep you updated as construction progresses. The Halcyon site is open and operating as normal at this stage. We will keep you informed if anything changes.
