Welcome to the End of Year 2019 update for Halcyon.
With the festive season truly upon us now, we’d like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a safe holiday season.
Construction is moving along with many major aspects of the building begining to take shape as we head into the new year and decade.
Builders are up to level 3 of the concrete structure, builders are hoping to have level 4 slab poured after the Christmas break. They are aiming for the enitre structure of the building to be compleated in February.
Kitchens and windows will be ordered by the end of January.
The Halcyon team is working hard towards an anticipated November 2020 completion with settlement to follow shortly after.
Please note that the above anticipated timing is subject to favourable conditions or unforeseen delays.
Please understand that an exact settlement date cannot be provided until the Plan of Subdivision has been registered and the Certificate of Occupancy achieved.
