We are very excited to advise that the builders have obtained the Occupancy Permit and the Plan of Subdivision will shortly be ready to be lodged to the Land Titles Office for registration.
Once the Plan of Subdivision has been registered, settlement will be triggered and letters will then be sent to your legal representative, requiring you to settle your apartment within the allocated timeframe.
We anticipate that settlements will commence in late April/early May 2019.
With settlement fast approaching, now is the time to ensure your finances are finalised in order to avoid potential penalty costs.
