If you require finance to settle your apartment, your lender may require a bank valuation inspection to be carried out in order to complete the loan application.

Please note that these inspections are for bank valuers only. You will have an opportunity to inspect your apartment very soon. Please look out for a seperate email regarding your pre settlement inspection.

Getting Ready For Settlement
The apartments at Hamptons are now nearing completion. Settlement of your apartment is anticipated to occur in early March 2019.
It is important that your finance application is well underway, if required.
