The developer has informed us that practical completion for Huntly is expected for the end of April, with Final and Valuation Inspections commencing end of April/Start of May. The project is now working towards an end of May settlement with titles and registration taking around 4-6 weeks. We will be contacting all purchasers directly in regards to booking in Valuer and Purchaser inspections over the next few weeks.
