As Jean St is almost finished we are expecting practical completion to occur no later than the 20th December. We then anticipate that we will call for settlements from about the 18th January 2019. Purchaser Inspections will happen in early January and we will contact all purchasers accordingly to book this in.
As per our update sent out in November, please ensure your bank, broker or financial representative contact Rachel on 0427 545 493 to book in your valuation. Please note these are only to be booked in from the 26th of November onwards.
