We are pleased to advise all purchasers of the following update from the developer “As of today Jean St has had the completion of the full frames for all townhouses, the roof has been installed on 90% of the project, windows have been fully installed throughout and currently there is progression on the brickwork and cladding of the exterior. Currently, the builder is on track with the program with an estimated completion of October 2018 with the exclusion of a wet weather allowance.”
