It has been a very busy couple of weeks on site with some big tick items being ticked off on site for civil works.
Our electricians placed four general meter panels throughout the site and connected power to all the underground conduits, meaning power to each lot.
The western side of the site saw plenty of work with retaining wall prep, certifications, concreting and the installation of the sleepers.
Next, we will see the remaining retaining walls on the site’s eastern boundary complete, along with a lot benching and a nice big tidy up of the site.
