Welcome to the January update for Kinsfolk Townhouses. We hope you had a relaxing and peaceful holiday break.
- The builders have returned from the holiday break and are back in full swing at Kinsfolk.
- Works are progressing with the carpet and timber installation commencing this week.
- Fencing and landscaping are also well underway.
- Anticipated completion is March 2021 with settlement to follow.

Please be aware, due to the current lending climate within Australia, it is extremely important to do your due diligence with regards to financing your townhouse. Due to COVID 19 many banks are taking much longer to process loan applications so it is important to speak with your lender now to start this process to ensure you are organised and ready to settle in a timely manner.
We are in Phase Two: Pre-Approval Now
We will update you on progress and any changes in anticipated timing as we move towards settlement. Please note we will not have an actual settlement date until the plan of subdivision has been registered with the Titles office and the certificate of occupancy has been achieved.
