We are pleased to advise you that construction at Knoxia is continuing to progress well with the anticipated completion on track for November 2018 with settlement to occur thereafter. This is subject to favourable conditions or unforeseen delays.

• In the townhouses; walls and ceilings are complete with painting now commenced.
• In the apartments; walls, ceilings and painting is complete up to level 4.
• Ground floor joinery is complete.
• Windows and glazing to level 4 is now complete.
• Balcony balustrades are complete.
• Soft landscaping has commenced.
