Current status of works onsite at Latrobe Place (21 Plenty Road, Bundoora) are:
• Final roof pour completed and building has now topped out, which is an important stage for the development. Topping out means when the last beam (or its equivalent) is placed atop a structure during its construction.
• Lift installation has commenced.
• Basement service installation has commenced.
• Wall frames and in wall service rough in on Ground Floor and Level 1 has commenced.
At this stage the anticipated construction completion of your apartment is on track for mid to late February 2020. This is subject to favourable conditions or unforeseen delays.
