We have been notified by the developer and builders FCG that we are looking at a September completion for Laurel Kew.
All structural work has been completed at the project and the builders are working hard on the internals.
As the project gets closer to completion, you should start the following in preparation for settlement:
1. Find a Conveyancer or Lawyer to assist you at settlement
2. Find a Bank or mortgage broker to assist you with financing
3. Prepare your FIRB application (for foreign purchasers only)
