Now that the builders are back from holidays, work is full steam ahead on the Mercuri site.
Current status of works onsite are:
• Ground floor to level 3 slab is completed
• Roof is completed.
• Window installation is completed.
• Fitout works have started.
At this stage the anticipated construction completion of your apartment is on track for April 2020.
With Settlement to follow shortly after. This is subject to favourable conditions or unforeseen delays.
