We wish to advise that the developer has provided a new update for New Charsfield:
Construction is continuing to progress well at New Charsfield, all internal lifts have been installed and are now operational. Joinery installation is almost complete with only the upper levels to be finished. Final defecting is now underway to the lower level apartments.
The builders have advised the completion of your apartment is expected early next year. We currently expect to receive both the Occupancy Permit and Registered Titles in January, with settlement anticipated shortly thereafter. We will keep you up to date with progress over the coming month and alert you to any changes in these timelines should they arise.
Finance Arrangements
If you have not already done so, now is the time to commence finalising your loan application to ensure you are ready for settlement. Please forward on your financier’s email address and we will include them in any updates.
