We wish to advise that construction of Palladium at 226-228 Waverley Road, Malvern East is progressing along. The current site work program is as follow:
Plaster – 100%
Joinery – 95%
Tiling external 40%
Tiling internal 90%
Painting – 80%
Plumbing fit off – 70%
Carpentry – 20%
Services – 95%
The front fence is also being gradually removed and works are being planned for external landscaping. We will provide further updates as the project works towards a September completion.
