We are changing the way we bring you updates for Park Ave.
We are moving to an informal update where you can access a blog to check Park Ave’s progress and when needed, refer back to all the information on the Park Ave project whenever you please.
The blog contains a guideline of the various timings you need to be aware of and the appropriate stage of progress when these things such as bank valuations, pre approvals etc need to commence from the purchaser’s end and when they can be undertaken onsite.
We will send an email letting you know when we have added any new information to the blog. At this stage this will happen Quarterly.
We will also still send you email updates once your apartment is ready for bank and purchaser inspections.
The blog will be your best form of receiving communication and updates regarding your settlement process.
At this stage construction completion of your apartment is anticipated to occur in Late 2021.
