Construction is moving ahead. Current status of works onsite are:
The basement structure is now complete and excavation has begun.
Hamilton Marino has been appointed as the builder for Park Ave.
At this stage construction completion of your apartment is anticipated to occur in November 2021.This unforeseen delay is due to limited worker numbers permitted on onsite due to social distancing regulations enforced with COVID19 pandemic. Should the restrictions ease completions may be brought forward.
