Pre-Settlement Inspection
You will shortly be contacted to arrange your pre-settlement inspection. We anticipate initial appointments will begin taking place from August 27, 2018.
Settlement
If you have not already done so it is important that you have a legal representative assisting you with all your requirements to finalise your purchase. If you also require assistance with obtaining funding or for any other issues please contact your preferred agent or bcentral. Furthermore, we also kindly request that if your lender requires a valuation inspection that they contact your preferred agent, who will assist.
If all goes to plan we expect the settlement to take place around mid-September. At that time the developer will also be providing you with a lot of other information to assist you in maintaining and caring for your property.
