Summer must be coming as things are really starting to warm up. More exciting than that is the news that we are most pleased to advise you that we have now received the Occupancy Permit and your new individual title as well. We are therefore now ready to deliver you the finest of residential living in Doncaster East.
Settlement
Settlements have now been scheduled for November 15 & 16, 2018. Your legal representative will shortly be contacted by B Central representatives to finalise the settlement process.
If you require assistance with obtaining funding or for any other issues, please contact your preferred agent or Bcentral. Furthermore, we are also able to accommodate anyone who wishes to finalise their settlement prior to November 15.
Handover of Your Property
Upon settlement, you will be greeted by Ben Hingston, from Bcentral, who will present you with your keys and handover pack. You can also then also email us at aftercare@bcentral.com.au regarding any of your needs as they may arise.
At that time, Bcentral will also proudly present you with our new property management app, Building Link. This will allow you to access useful information as well as communicate with us anytime about your property via the app.
