We have been informed by the builder for 1100 Dandenong Road that the construction completion date has been revised to the end of January 2019. Settlement is then expected 4-6 weeks after completion, which will thus most likely occur in late February or early March. We apologise on behalf of the developer and builder for any inconvenience this delay will cause and will provide further updates as we receive more details from the construction team.
