We are pleased to announce that both the titles and occupancy permit have now been issued at Rima. These are the two requirements for settlement. The purchaser’s legal representative will be notified today of the due date of settlement.
To avoid penalties associated with late settlement, please ensure both the financier and legal representative are ready for settlement.

Appointment requests must include the following:
- Purchaser name
- Lot No
- Representative picking up keys and residents manual
- Preferred appointment time
Once the request has been received, Jessica will confirm by email the booking, or propose an alternative time.

Refer to the residents manual for important information on how to move in, utilities connection, and the general rules and operations of the both the building and the apartment. Please ensure the building manager is contacted prior to the resident moving in.

Building Access
Prior to receiving access cards and car park remotes to the building, all owners or property managers must ensure they do the following:
- Contact the building manager. The building manager will verify that settlement has occurred.
- Request access. The building manager will provide 2 access cards and garage remove (if applicable) on the following terms:
- The owner and tenant register on the online portal www.rimahub.com
- A $100 security bond is paid for 2 access cards.
- A $50 security bond is paid for a car park remote (if applicable).
- The security bond will be returned once the cards or car park remotes have been returned to the building manager. This is generally at the end of the lease or when the property is sold.
Moving In
Prior to moving in the tenant must ensure they do the following:
- Contact the building manager. The building manager will verify they are the tenant.
- Book move in time. The building manager will book in a move in time suitable for both parties on the following terms:
- The tenant registers on the online portal www.rimahub.com
- A security bond is paid.
- The security bond will be returned once the tenant has moved in and the building manager has verified that the building has no damage.
