Once settlement has been confirmed by the vendor’s legal representative, the keys and the residents manual will be available to pick up from the vendor via appointment only.

All appointments must be in writing with Jessica Hamra by email at jhamra@blueearth.com.au

Appointment requests must include the following:

  1. Purchaser name
  2. Lot No
  3. Representative picking up keys and residents manual
  4. Preferred appointment time

 

Once the request has been received, Jessica will confirm by email the booking, or propose an alternative time.

Building Access

Prior to receiving access control cards and the car park remote to the building, all owners or property managers must ensure they complete the following:

  1. Contact the building manager to request building access.
  2. The building manager will verify that settlement has taken place.
  3. Organise an appointment with the building manager to collect access control cards and the car park remote.
  4. At the appointment, the building manager will register the owner and the property manager on the building portal www.rimahub.com

 

Moving In Procedure

Prior to moving in, the resident must ensure they complete the following:

  1. Contact the building manager to request access.
  2. If they are not the owner, the building manager will verify with the owner or property manager that they are the tenant.
  3. Building Manager will provide log in details to the building portal.
  4. Resident will book move in via the building portal.
  5. At the move in appointment, the building manager will verify information from building portal and hand over access devices.
  6. The resident will sign a move in form acknowledging they will be liable for any damage cause to common property.
