With Christmas fast approaching, we have received an early present with advice from the developer that he has signed the build contract with Prava Developments to move forward with the construction of the much anticipated Sage apartments.
We don’t yet have too much information on the effective start date as we are still waiting on the relocation of the power lines but hope to receive some clarity here in January, after which we will be able to provide you with a time frame for the construction.
