As you are all aware the builder, Prava Developments, has been placed into liquidation. Unfortunately this was thrust upon the developer with about 99% of the building complete.
The developer has since met with several builders and is close to finalising a builder to complete the project.
It hopes a contract can be signed and works re-commenced within the next fortnight. It has been informed that the building can be finished within 4 weeks from the date the building contract is signed.
The developer is acutely aware that the you as a purchaser in the Sage Malvern project will want the finished product to a high standard and that is his objective.
